Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • In its original packaging
If you return an eligible item within 3 days from the date of delivery, unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged and complete packaging, we will issue a store credit or exchange as per your preference. Only wrong item, wrong size (as per invoice), or damaged / defective product are eligible for a full refund or exchange. If you want to return an item that is not wrong or damaged, a minimum 25% restocking fee may apply and the rest may be issued as store credit, subject to our approval.

EXCHANGE

If the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage, and you inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery, we will try to repair or replace the item, or offer an alternative solution (refund/store credit), depending on stock availability. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for exchanges in case of wrong or damaged items, unless they require expedited shipping.

REFUND

After a successful return and inspection of the returned item, we may:
  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase price, or
  • Refund to your bank account / original payment method (in case of prepaid orders), subject to eligibility.
If a coupon code or discount was applied on the order and the order is returned, the discount amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded/credited. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to damage, defect, or wrong product. Both-way shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund/credit amount if the order is returned by you for reasons other than wrong or damaged product.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:
  • Defective or damaged
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size compared to your invoice
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the returned item shows signs of use (worn, washed, perfume stains, makeup marks, etc.) and we determine it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return may be rejected or handled on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, no store credit or refund may be issued, and you may be asked to pay shipping charges to have the product sent back to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
  • Personalized or custom-stitched products
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and similar hygiene-sensitive items
  • Items sold under special OFFERS / SALE / CLEARANCE, unless damaged or not as described

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: Email: kaifclothstore@gmail.com If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, any amount paid will be credited back to your bank account or original source of payment.
  • For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet, you will receive the refund into the source account within 2–9 working days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • If you had selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund as no payment was made at the time of placing the order.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow the return process after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us with:
  • Your order number
  • Product name and issue (wrong size, damaged, wrong item, etc.)
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging (in case of damage or wrong item)
